Each ENHANCE-M Scholar will need to dedicate two years of program participation. The commitment is two sessions per month, and additional meetings with mentors you will be connected with.
There will be an individual development plan (IDP) that you will work on regarding the number of papers and grants to submit each quarter/year. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from training sessions offered by other U54 network centers. The program is complementary at no charge to you!
