Please review the below requirements for the ENHANCE-M Application. All applications are due by June 1st, 2024, to be considered for Cohort 1 that will start September 1, 2024.

- Letter of Interest highlighting the following areas (maximum 2 pages, typed, double spaced):
- Given your personal background, describe:
- Why are you interested in participating in ENHANCE-M, with emphasis on maternal health and research
- How ENHANCE-M will aid in your professional development and attainment of your long-term research and career goals.
- What qualities or character strengths distinguish you from your colleagues and/or peers?
- How have your personal and professional experiences contributed to who you are today?
- One letter of recommendation from an employer, supervisor, mentor or advisor (remember to use the application for submission of all documents).
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), which highlights education, professional successes and skills, and involvement with on-campus or local community organizations.

- Cohort 1: September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2026
