About ENHANCE-M
Early Career-CeNtered EnricHment to AdvaNce Research CarEers in Maternal Health
ENHANCE-M (Early Career-CeNtered EnricHment to AdvaNce Research CarEers in Maternal Health) serves as a supplemental training opportunity to advance proficiency and application of research aimed to reduce pregnancy-related complications and deaths, promoting maternal health equity. Program goals are to train postdoctoral fellows and early-stage investigators (ESI) in community-engaged research and in clinical trials involving birthing people and improve diversity and culturally responsive care in the field of clinical research involving birthing people.
Project Aims
Aim 1: Recruit postdoctoral fellows and ESI to participate in a 24-month maternal health clinical research program focused on community-engaged research and clinical trials.
